Adult Chair Dance Fitness
This 6 week program is a chance to get fit and have fun while learning the Art of Chair Dancing. Class focus is on improving flexibility, coordination, building up core strength and most importantly, getting you feeling comfortable and sassy with your favourite new dance prop.
Each 1 hour class will build on the previous one as you explore different moves, learn mini routines, and most importantly, be yourself!!! Chair dancing can be whatever flavour you want to add to your moves.
Experience Required: None
Equipment Required: A yoga mat (for warm up and conditioning), wear clothing you can comfortably work out in, and a water bottle.
