Studio Rentals

Our Large Ballroom is approx 45′ x 28′. The surface is #1 reclaimed maple hardwood on a suspended sub floor. The short wall is completely mirrored at one end. There is a music station with a PC, amp with mic and 1/8 jack input for IPod or laptop computer. The space is air conditioned and equipped with overhead fans for extra air movement. Overhead lighting is dimmable LED and dimmable incandescent pot lights over the dance floor. We also have tables and folding chairs for 40 if you are interested in a function that requires seating. There is ample parking in the parking lot and on the street.

Our Junior Ballroom is approx 32′ x 28′. The surface is #1 reclaimed maple hardwood on a suspended sub floor. There are 4 large mirrors along the long wall, and there is a DJ station with a PC and amp with mic and 1/8 jack input for IPod or laptop computer. The space is air conditioned and equipped with overhead fans for extra air movement. There is also a wet bar for dance functions. Overhead lighting is dimmable LED and dimmable incandescent pot lights over the dance floor. We also have tables and folding chairs for 40 if you are interested in a function that requires seating. There is ample parking in the parking lot and on the street.
