West Coast Swing Workshops. These workshops are for participants who already know basic WCS timing and patterns like Sugar Push, Left and Right Side Passes. Chose one or take them all!

Aug 17 – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Fancy and Social
Fun variations that level up your dancing and still work great on the social dance floor.

Aug 24 – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Sharing the Conversation
How to communicate through connection with your partner, including giving and requesting time to play within patterns.

Aug 31 (Labour Day long weekend) – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Creative Endings and Extensions
Explore fun ways to change your anchor step or add flair at the end of patterns to keep things fresh and musical.

Sept 7 – 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Smooth and Lyrical
How to dance to slow, gooey, lyrical music — and actually enjoy it!

Students are expected to know the sugar push, left side pass, and right side pass. It’s a bonus if you’re familiar with a sugar tuck, but none of these workshops require knowing a whip.

All workshops are $30.00 + gst/person.
